The Magic 2014 Expansion Now Available With Over 280 New Cards

Wizards of the Coast have announced that the Magic 2014 Expansion is now available for Xbox 360, PC, iPad and Android. PlayStation fans will be able to download the new content on September 24th. The new expansion will unlock over 280 unique cards alongside new campaign levels, challenges, and items. Read on to learn more.

The Magic 2014 Expansion gives players the opportunity to explore new planes, fight new enemies and face new challenges. Available on Xbox LIVE Arcade, PC via Steam, PlayStation Network, iPad, and Android tablet via Google Play and the Amazon App Store, fans will also enjoy the following features:

Five New Playable Decks
  • Unlock 280 unique cards over multiple battles.
New Campaign Levels
  • Battle through six new single-player campaign levels, exploring the planes of Ravnica and Kamigawa.
Five New Challenges
  • Fiendish puzzles to test strategic thinking.
Unlock Items
  • Unlock new persona portraits, achievements, trophies and more.

 Magic: The Gathering is the first and most widely played trading card game. Players take on the role of Planeswalkers – powerful mages who battle others for glory, knowledge and conquest. Their weapons include spells, creatures, and artifacts gathered from a vast Multiverse of unique fantasy worlds. With more than 12 million players and fans worldwide, Magic is printed in 11 languages and played in more than 70 countries.
