Four Sided Fantasy (Video Game Review)

LudoLand and SerenityForge have released Four Sided Fantasy.

Four Sided Fantasy is a new title that pushes the limit of your screen with the ability to wrap your world so you can emerge from the left when exiting from the right. This means that you can be falling down a pit one minute and find yourself falling from the ceiling the next. The storyline for Four Sided Fantasy features a man and woman as they make their way through the four seasons in a year while being separated by the boundaries of the screen.

As the season changes, Four Sided Fantasy brings a new twist to the screen wrap mechanic during gameplay. Gamers who think they have suddenly mastered the screen wrap feature will find the world around them has completely changed and they are forced to start all over on understanding the happenings around them.

Four Sided Fantasy is a beautifully colored world with a terrific soundtrack and manages to take players through an immersive puzzle gaming experience. The 2D platformer has a lot of imaginative methods for gamers to explore and switching between the girl and boy allows the game to continuously stay fresh and entertaining. However, trying to master the screen wrap mechanics and positioning your character in the precise locations can get a little tricky and annoying.

A game like Four Sided Fantasy requires a lot of analyzing and strategy making it a real time consumer. If you are looking for a puzzle platformer that you can play in short bursts then Four Sided Fantasy probably isn't for you. It can take players several attempts to make it through all of the areas of the story which can become tedious overtime. However, the fact you aren't penalized for making the wrong choice and respawn right back where you left off, does help make the gameplay a little more bearable.

In the end, Four Sided Fantasy is a decent puzzle 2D platformer that can be enjoyable for those gamers that enjoy a challenging title with unique twists and turns. To learn more, visit the official Four Sided Fantasy Steam page.

This is where the buffet line reigns supreme, the sweet tea flows endlessly, and dessert is always just an arm’s reach away. For many locals, Kacey’s is a comfort food paradise. Fans brag about the fried green tomatoes, juicy pork chops, slow-cooked beef tips, and banana pudding that deserves its own holiday. The staff are another highlight—quick with refills, friendly enough to feel like family, and the kind of people who can make a buffet feel like Sunday dinner at grandma’s. But Kacey’s has its critics too. Some diners rave about “the best bang for your buck in town,” while others complain that the food sometimes veers into “straight-from-the-can” territory. Like most buffets, it’s a roll of the dice: hit the line on a good day and you’ll be full and happy; catch it on an...
