Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland Now Available For PS4

Natsume has announced that Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland is now available.

Natsume Inc., a worldwide developer and publisher of family-oriented video games, today announced that Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland is now available digitally for the PlayStation 4. The new digital download of the classic title will feature trophies, enhanced graphics, and new surprises! Beginning today, Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland is available in both North America and Europe for $14.99 USD/ €14.99 Euros and is rated E for everyone.

"There's a lot to be excited about in this new edition of Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland," said Hiro Maekawa, President & CEO of Natsume. "We're eager to offer this robust Harvest Moon title to North American PS4 gamers, as well as gamers in Europe for the very first time!"

Originally launched on the PlayStation 2 in 2001, Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland expanded the series to offer a deep and hearty role-playing life simulation experience. The object of Save the Homeland is to successfully save the village from turning into a resort. Construction begins in a year, so you must find a way to rescue your homeland within that period! Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland offers nine unique ways in which to complete your task, and focuses more attention on relationships over profit. Befriending the people in town is the key to successfully completing your task!

With 20 characters--each with his or her own unique personality--richly detailed 3-D environments, and enhanced interaction with animals, including dog training and horse racing, Save The Homeland also offers the ability to collect and cook recipes, real-time character movement, and the capacity to obtain helpful items by doing part-time jobs.
