See why critics agree that I Am Alive is a post-apocalyptic title full of exhilarating gameplay that is well worth experiencing and get a look at the game's fantastic gameplay at the same time. I Am Alive has been enhanced for its PC release and will now feature better graphics than either the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 release of the game, and the game will also add 2 new game modes--Easy Mode, which will introduce infinite retries and an easier tutorial for the game, and Replay Mode, which allows you to easily go back and play through selected missions again as you search for all of the game's secrets. Read on for more details.

I Am Alive follows an everyman’s journey to find his wife and daughter, who were lost during the “Event.” A year later, he finds Haventon, his hometown, in shambles. Buildings are destroyed, toxic ash fills the streets and society has been torn, causing inhabitants to take all necessary actions to survive.

In I Am Alive, players will be challenged by both the environment and the enemies. Stamina and resource management are key when being exposed to deadly atmospheres and scaling enormous buildings in search of supplies. The unique combat system requires players to utilize intimidation - cowards are easily swayed with an empty gun, while other enemies will put players to the test.

The “Easy” mode, which will allow infinite retries and a smoother introduction to I Am Alive, and the “Replay” mode, which as the name suggests, will permit players to replay any level to uncover more secrets and hidden objects.

I Am Alive is scheduled to release on September 13, 2012 for PC and can be purchased for $14.99. I Am Alive is rated M by the ESRB for Blood, Intense Violence, Sexual Themes & Strong Language. For more information on the game, check out the official I Am Alive website.
