Saints Row IV: Second Hail to the Chief Video Lets Loose An Epic Cat And Mouse Chase

Saints Row IV will release on August 20th for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3. Deep Silver has declared this "Hail to the Chief" week and the second video in the series will show the President enacting the Animal Protection Act by utilizing the Stomp superpower!
