The Star Wars #1 Now Available from Dark Horse Digital

Dark Horse Digital has announced the release of their all new comic book series titled The Star Wars. The new comic book series features an authorized recreation of the original screenplay drafted by director George Lucas that would later become the highly popular Star Wars film series that remains just as popular today as it was when it first released. The Star Wars will be released in an eight-part mini series the first of which is currently available for only $3.99.

The original draft for Star Wars is obviously very different from the final versions of the films. In The Star Wars Han Solo is a big, green alien, important characters such as C-3PO and R2D2 look significantly different and Annikin Starkiller is the main protagonist. The Star Wars seems straight out of a different galaxy when compared with the series we all know and love, so pick up your copy of the first issue today to see what could have been.
