Huntsville Comic & Pop Culture Expo Taking Place This Weekend


The Huntsville Comic & Pop Culture Expo will take place in the Von Braun Center North Hall from February 24-25, 2018.


The Huntsville Comic & Pop Culture Expo is back for its second year with a slew of guests that includes Mark Bagley (Comic Artist), Jermaine Johnson (Comedian), Joe Rubinstein (Comic Book Artist), Kevin Sorbo (Actor), Austin St. John (Actor), Johnny Yong Bosch (Actor), Mike Zeck (Comic Book Artist), John Beatty (Comic Book Artist) and many more.

There will be a ton of things to do at the event including panels, cosplay contests, photo ops, and video game tournaments. Tickets are available at Haven Comics in Huntsville or for purchase at the door on both days of the event.


About Huntsville Comic & Pop Culture Expo
This year we have moved the event forward a little, and introducing a lot of new things! We will be hosting the Rocket City Mayhem Smash tourney, screening some films, giving you the opportunities to meet creators and authors in person, having a stand-up comedy show, plus having a cosplay contest, and a live auction to benefit charity. We will be having the original Red Ranger, Austin St. John; Hercules himself, Kevin Sorbo; Johnny Yong Bosch, the Black Ranger, and later the Green Turbo Ranger; Fabian Nicieza, co-creator of the merc with a mouth, Deadpool; Mark Bagley, who was instrumental in our view of Venom; Joe Rubinstein, who is well known for his extensive catalog of work at Marvel; Jermaine “Funnymaine” Johnson – best known for his YouTube series, how Bama fans watched the game; and we will have Mike Zeck and John Beatty, who will be available for you to meet – these two artists were instrumental in making the Punisher the icon that he is today!
