Review: LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga - Xbox One

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga
is an adventure video game developed by TT Games and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. The game has released on various gaming platforms such as PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The game is the latest installment in the LEGO Star Wars series.

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga features all nine films of the Skywalker Saga, hence the name. This means the game contains content from the original trilogy, prequel trilogy, and the newest trilogy. Furthermore, unlike previous LEGO Star Wars games, each film in The Skywalker Saga will have a unique open-world hub. There are five such worlds in the game, allowing players to choose their preferred path through the Skywalker Saga.

But that's not all; Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga also has some exciting new features. One such feature is the improved combat system. The combat system in The Skywalker Saga is more refined and offers players more control over their characters. There are also plenty of Easter Eggs in The Skywalker Saga that fans of Star Wars will appreciate. For instance, players will be able to find Simon Pegg as Unkar Plutt in the game. Daisy Ridley also lends her voice acting skills to the game, and her character Rey in particular.

Another impressive feature in The Skywalker Saga is its overhauled graphics engine. The game supports 4K resolution and HDR, providing a breathtaking visual experience for players. The cherry on top of the cake is the fact that the game features full voice acting for all the dialogue. This is a significant change from previous LEGO Star Wars games and will provide players with a more immersive experience. The Skywalker Saga also contains a robust character customization feature. Players will be able to mix and match different outfits and equipment to create their dream character. Players can create a Jedi Master with a cowboy hat wielding a lightsaber or a Sith Lord dressed like a samurai.

The game's story follows the Skywalker family's journey through their battles with the dark side of the Force. However, the game isn't a strict retelling of the movies. The Skywalker Saga offers players new takes on the classic Star Wars lore, which will keep fans entertained and engaged.

The Skywalker Saga also contains plenty of vehicles to fly and drive around in. This includes iconic ships such as the Millennium Falcon and X-wing. Players are able to choose to either fly or drive their vehicles through the galaxy. In addition to the vehicles, there are several playable characters in The Skywalker Saga. Fans of Star Wars will be able to play as Han Solo, Luke Skywalker, Rey, Lando Calrissian, and many others.

The game also features co-op gameplay, allowing players to play together either online or locally. Co-op is an excellent addition to the game, and players will be able to team up with their friends and explore the galaxy together. One of the main selling points of The Skywalker Saga is that players have the opportunity to make choices that will change the outcome of the game. These choices will affect the game's storyline and the different paths available to players.

The Skywalker Saga definitely delivers a fun and engaging experience for both fans of LEGO games and Star Wars fans. The game is packed with content, and there is always be something new to discover. The game's soundtrack contains some tracks from John Williams, the legendary composer who created the score for many of the Star Wars movies. This adds a sense of familiarity to the game and will undoubtedly delight fans of Star Wars.

Players are also able to collect minikits in The Skywalker Saga, which have been a staple of LEGO games since the series began. These minikits unlock new vehicles and characters, providing players with plenty of replay value. The game's world is filled with puzzles and hidden areas that players will be able to explore. This adds a sense of mystery and discovery to the game, making it even more immersive.

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is a must-play for fans of Star Wars, LEGO games, and video games in general. The game delivers a fun, engaging, and immersive experience that provide hours of entertainment for players of all ages. With its open-world, improved combat system, and character customization, The Skywalker Saga may be one of the best LEGO games to date.

Jackson County Fair in Scottsboro, Alabama (Event Review)

The Jackson County Fair has invaded Scottsboro, Alabama for the week of October 7-11, 2014, but the event may be a waste of money for some.  The fair was the 79th annual showing and was presented by Kissel Entertainment. The event featured rides, exhibits, games and great (yet too expensive) food for attendees at the show. Families could have enjoyed a great time at the fair grounds, but the event wasn't cheap and it didn't feature some of the more prominent attractions like one would find at larger, state fairs and carnivals. The turn out very low in Scottsboro though, and many would think that this would make it easier to enjoy the event but not even small lines could help make the Jackson County event fun. The Jackson County Fair had over a dozen rides for all age groups. The fair's massive Ferris Wheel towered high in the sky and helped light up the event, while the Moby Dick ride and Gravitron also looked fearsome and stood tall even from a distance. Plenty of ...
