A recent study in the journal JMIR Serious Games reviewed research on how commercial video games can help with depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. As a certified Life Coach with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Coach Mandy Lane Valentine knows how hard it can be to afford services for mental health in today's economy. She has developed a coaching program that can utilize video games to treat certain mental health conditions in a safe and relaxed environment.
