Practical details

Location: Ravenwood Meadery at Lowe Mill ARTS; explore the studios and vendors before your session. The Meadery does not serve food, but nearby vendors and on‑site restaurants offer plenty of to‑go options you’re welcome to bring inside.

Accessibility and comfort: Portions of the workshop are floor‑based and ritual‑focused; bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, or animal fur for comfort. If you need a mat or other accommodations, notify the organizers in advance and arrangements can be made.

What to bring: A journal for notes and reflections, any personal tools you wish to consecrate, comfortable clothing suitable for sitting or lying on the floor, and a calm, patient mindset for slow, embodied practice.
