Every first Thursday, 5:00–7:00 PM, Ravenwood Meadery transforms into a cozy, creative retreat for Tea & Colouring; a complimentary evening of self‑care, gentle conversation, and low‑pressure art time. Bar manager Kenna brews a warming urn of tea, lays out a small seasonal nibble, and hosts an inviting communal table stocked with colored pencils; bring your own coloring book or choose a preprinted sheet and settle in to relax.

What to expect

Relaxed coloring circle: Unstructured, low‑pressure group coloring at the communal table with quality colored pencils provided.

Bring or borrow: Bring your favorite coloring book or pick a preprinted sheet from our curated selection at the meadery.

Complimentary refreshments: A steaming urn of tea and a seasonal nibble served by Kenna to sip and snack while you color.

Family friendly and inclusive: A welcoming, all‑ages atmosphere with a clear safe‑space policy that respects dignity and belonging for every guest.

Ravenwood Meadery is North Alabama’s pioneering craft meadery and a 100% woman‑owned, woman‑operated micro meadery. Founded October 1, 2021, Ravenwood specializes in small‑batch, handcrafted meads (5–55 gallon batches) poured from a cozy tasting bar where you can sample house meads on tap, seasonal pours, and inventive mead cocktails. How to find us and accessibility

Fastest route: Park by the guard shack at Lowe Mill’s main entry, follow the concrete path around the building, enter through Door 30, then take the stairs to the second floor. Ravenwood (Studio 2069) is at the top of the stairs next to Dragon’s Forge Cafe.

Accessible route: Park in the water‑tower lot by Tangled String, use the dock ramp, enter Door 13, take the elevator to floor 2B, walk straight through the connector, then turn left and follow the hallway to the studio at the end.

Merchandise and reservations

Bottle sales & growler fills: Announced on Ravenwood’s social channels when small releases are available; follow us for restock alerts and preorder windows.

Merchandise: Choose from drinking horns, horn cups, mugs, tumblers, rune‑carved pendants, beard combs, and T‑shirts (sizes S to burly viking); gift cards available for easy gifting.
