BGG Entertainment Sells for in Private Deal; Includes BioGamerGirl.com


BGG Entertainment, an American entertainment company founded by Amanda Dyar and led by Alissa
Worley, has reached an agreement with a private buyer to sale its entertainment assets for an undeclared amount. The deal includes various media assets such as films, video games and various entertainment websites. One of the company's popular video game websites, BioGamerGirl.com, will be included in the sale.

The team at BioGamerGirl.com will work with the private buyer as consultants to launch a brand new project in 2024. BGG Entertainment plans to make another announcement about this transition very soon.
