You can easily get plastic containers and storage accessories at the Dollar Tree if you are on a budget. If something doesn't bring you peace or joy, throw it out or donate it! As you organize your home, start to clear out space for a meditation room. We will go over meditation at a later date, but now is the time to get your space ready for it. Meditation can help improve your focus and help you center your core.
While shopping for your organizational accessories, make sure to stock up on notebooks. You will use a notebook to keep track of your daily progress and to mark off completed tasks. You will also you this as a psychological tool to write down your daily thoughts and actions to try to see where all of your stress stems from. You can either use your meditation room to write or create your very own safe space. This could be in your home or be anywhere that helps you visualize your feelings to write them down.
Time management is crucial to achieve proper organization. Allot a certain time each day to organizing and decluttering your closet to start. You can organize your clothes and shoes first.
