From the Press Release
Castle Builder is already a record-breaking title in the Austrian market, where it was released on desktop with Austrian Lottery operator win2day last January. Nominated for a 2013 Game of the Year award by industry peers, this innovative real-money game is now available to the international gaming community for the first time through the Odobo platform. Rabcat¹s new release utilises the latest HTML5 technologies to bring this new version of the game to mobile gamers around the world and a desktop version will follow shortly.

Rabcat is an internationally accredited and award-winning studio, providing art and creative services to clients such as Atari, Disney Interactive, Rockstar Games and Microsoft Studios. The studio has contributed to blockbuster games such as Forza Motorsport for Xbox 360, Kinect Star Wars, and Split/Second Velocity for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Castle Builder is an exciting venture into real-money gaming by a studio known for its casual gaming pedigree.

In the game, players travel through a medieval fantasyland populated by brave knights and beautiful princesses. Exciting bonus features develop the adventure as players progress through multiple levels. Rabcat¹s CEO, Thomas Schleischitz, was inspired with the concept after a day building sand castles with his daughter. The resulting fast-paced game challenges players to build the most magnificent castles they can and make royal love-matches as they are propelled through the game towards the ultimate Œroyal wedding¹ bonus round.

Rabcat has taken the traditional slot format to another level by ensuring that the theme and entertainment received just as much creative work as the graphics and mechanics. The introduction of levels and challenges within Castle Builder represents a very real step towards social and real-money gaming convergence.

According to Schleischitz, ³Castle Builder is the most innovative, challenging and compelling game we¹ve ever developed. We¹re proud that, through the Odobo platform, we¹re now able to bring this successful game to an international audience.²

The game has been developed using Odobo¹s bespoke HTML5 Game Development Kit (GDK) resulting in a game that utilises the latest development technologies to deliver exceptional cross-platform compatibility. Odobo¹s state-of-the-art, cloud-based, state-handling technology also allows players to pick up where they left off and retain their progress within the game, regardless of play device.

Schleischitz continued, ³Castle Builder is proof that it¹s worth taking risks to make innovation possible.²

Castle Builder is now available to play for free at Odobo Play and as a real-money game on mobile devices with leading operator bet365.
