is now available for PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Trendy Entertainment has released Dungeon Defenders II from early access and released it for PC and consoles for all to enjoy. And best of all, it is free to play!

Dungeon Defenders II blends some of the best elements from that of RPG and tower defense games. The gameplay consists of building your towers and then joining up to three friends for some action-packed combat. There is a wide array of weaponry to choose from and plenty of loot to collect. Dungeon Defenders II has a ton of stuff to do that includes pets to raise and a vast selection of areas to explore while you defend Etheria.

Fans of the original Dungeon Defenders game will notice that a lot of the same towers and defenses were integrated into the new elements of the sequel. This time around, the hero action and gameplay have been vastly improved and are more visceral than ever before.

When you boot up Dungeon Defenders II, players get a chance to learn more about how to play through the "How to Play" menu option. It is here that you can embark on tutorial missions or watch videos to get the gist of how to play before you jump into the action. Once you have the hang of things then you can choose your hero, with each one having a unique set of defenses available to use from the very beginning of the game.

Dungeon Defenders II has received an overhaul of content since its time in Early Access that includes an updated HUD, tower skins, weapons and more. The game has also been optimized for play on PS4 in regards to framerate with more to come. There have been some server issues for the game since launch but the developers have been working on those issues.
