Humphrey Brothers Bistro + Lounge: This is a new Italian, jazz and cigar lounge that will open in downtown Madison. Humphrey Brothers Bistro + Lounge will feature premium and well-known cigar and pipe brands, as well as smoking accessories. The lounge will also offer live music, a full bar, and a menu of authentic Italian dishes. The owner, Joe Humphrey, is a Madison native who has a passion for cigars and jazz. The opening date is Monday, January 22, 2024.

Del Chuco: This is a new Tex Mex restaurant that will open in the historic North Side Square in downtown Huntsville. Del Chuco is created by the same team behind The Standard Social Market, a popular gastropub and event space. Del Chuco will serve fresh and flavorful tacos, burritos, nachos, and other Tex Mex favorites, as well as margaritas, tequila, and beer. The restaurant will also feature some stunning murals and artwork that reflect the culture and history of Texas and Mexico. The opening date is in February 2024.

Hotel Indigo: This is a new boutique hotel that will open in the MidCity district, a mixed-use development that includes retail, dining, entertainment, and residential options. Hotel Indigo is part of the InterContinental Hotels Group, and will offer a unique and stylish experience for guests. The hotel will have 120 rooms, a rooftop bar, a fitness center, a business center, and a meeting space. The hotel will also showcase local art and design elements that reflect the personality and spirit of Huntsville. The opening date is in March 2024.

Barrio: This is a new taco restaurant that will open next to the old Valentina’s Pizzeria location. Barrio is a chain that originated in Cleveland, Ohio, and has expanded to several other states. Barrio is known for its customizable tacos, where customers can choose from a variety of shells, fillings, toppings, and sauces. Barrio also offers salads, bowls, quesadillas, and nachos, as well as a full bar with cocktails, wine, and beer. Barrio is expected to open in April 2024.
