The debut of Skylanders Trap Team is only a few short weeks away, but Toys“R”Us is getting ahead of the game’s Sunday, October 5 launch with the introduction of new exclusive figures, giveaways, discounts and more for avid Portal Masters.

Toys“R”Us Unveils Exclusive Legendary Toys Available for Pre-Order Next Week

For a fourth consecutive year, Toys“R”Us will be the only place fans will find the limited edition Legendary Series of Skylanders toys, including alternative versions of new Trap Team characters and packs, such as Legendary Jawbreaker and Legendary Adventure Pack Nightmare Express, both of which will be available for preorder in Toys“R”Us stores nationwide and online at Toysrus.com/Skylanders on Tuesday, September 9.

Whenever their gaming world is in peril, players can bring these figures to life to defend Skylands against any evil threat. With the Legendary version of the new Jawbreaker Trap Master character, kids can use his two large Traptanium-powered fists to deliver mighty blows to evil. For gamers looking to expand their virtual Skylanders experience, Legendary Adventure Pack Nightmare Express includes Legendary Blades and two magical objects, helping to unlock a new level in the game.

Portal Masters eager to enhance their current Skylanders figure collection should keep a close watch of @Toysrus on Instagram, where on Saturday, September 13, Toys“R”Us will post details on how fans can receive a free limited edition figure that same day (no purchase necessary, quantities limited) – stay tuned!
