Kung Fu Panda: Showdown of Legendary Legends Gets DLC Adding New Characters and Environments

Worldwide video game publisher Little Orbit announced today it has released new downloadable-content for its popular action-brawler, Kung Fu Panda: Showdown of Legendary Legends. Four new characters and two new environments from the highly-anticipated movie are now available in the latest DLC ranging in price from $1.99 to $3.99. Kung Fu Panda: Showdown of Legendary Legends is currently available for the PlayStation 4®, Xbox One™, PlayStation 3®, Xbox 360®, Nintendo Wii U®, Nintendo 3DS™ and Steam at major retailers and online.


Straight from the hilarious motion picture come four all-new characters to the game each packing a mighty punch and bringing all their fierce martial arts-style combat to the brawl: Warrior Po, Rhino Armored Li, Armored Mr. Ping and Jombie Porcupine! In addition to the latest characters, the DLC features six cool new skins: Jombie Monkey, Jombie Oogway, Jombie Croc, Jombie Chicken, Jombie Shifu and Jombie Crane.

Two exciting new locations from the movie are now available in the game including the fabled mystical level Spirit Realm where only spirits are rumored to exist; and the birth place of Chi -- the panda paradise known as Panda Village. Both new environments are rich with detail and excitement as players compete for honor, glory and pure awesomeness!

Kung Fu Panda: Showdown of Legendary Legends is a fresh, fist-pumping way to experience DreamWorks Animation's beloved franchise with explosive, fast-as-lightning action! Up to four players can brawl in iconic locations throughout the Valley of Peace and beyond. With challenging local and online multiplayer levels, fans will team up with dozens of playable Kung Fu Panda characters in the ultimate showdown to compete for pure awesomeness.
