BioGamer Girl Now Offers Mental Health Coaching for Gamers!

We’re excited to announce that BioGamer Girl is now offering mental health support through our specialized coaching program designed for gamers. Research, including a recent review in the journal JMIR Serious Games, has shown that commercial video games can help improve mood, reduce anxiety, and support mental well-being.

As a certified Life Coach with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Coach Mandy Lane Valentine understands the challenges of accessing mental health services in today’s economy. That’s why she created a coaching program that uses video games as a safe, relaxed, and engaging way to explore mental health and personal growth.

Gamers are invited to join sessions where they can play video games alongside Coach Mandy while discussing mental health concerns in a supportive environment. The first session is completely free!

Huntsville Comic & Pop Culture Expo 2026 Returns for Its Biggest Year Yet
