Huntsville Parks & Recreation and The Skatepark Project bring high-energy bowl skating to Huntsville on Sunday, October 5, a full day of gravity-defying runs, pro-level tricks, and community vibes. Event Overview

Bowl Jam unites local skaters, touring pros, X Games veterans, and Olympic athletes for a nonstop day of competition and community. Expect jaw‑dropping airs, technical lines carved with precision, and surprise trick combinations that push the bowl to its limits.

Pro roster features icons and elite talent such as Bucky Lasek, Lizzie Armanto, Bryce Wettstein, and Katelyn West, plus additional top riders dropping in for demos, Q&A, and coaching. Kids All‑Levels Skate Clinic: 1:00 p.m.

Arrive early to check in and warm up; participants in the kids clinic should register at least 30 minutes before the clinic start to secure a spot. Bring a helmet and protective gear; follow staff instructions for a safe, smooth event.

Kids’ Clinic, Prizes, and Giveaways

The kids’ all-levels skate clinic delivers hands-on coaching from professional skateboarders and Olympians, focusing on fundamentals, confidence-building, and progressions for every age and ability. Participants will get step-by-step demonstrations, individualized feedback, and safe practice drills to accelerate skill development. Skateboards and accessories will be handed out while supplies last, with priority given to clinic attendees.
