Out of this World (2011) features the strange happenings of Darla & Marvin. Darla has a strange love for science and Marvin follows her aimlessly into any scenario.

 Two best friends named Darla and Marvin go on a paranormal investigation of a local graveyard. When the two discover a secret alien plot, they are kidnapped and taken back to the alien’s home world. When Marvin refuses to eat a tainted cake offered by the aliens, the two are tossed into a dungeon to await their fate. Darla and Marvin reveal some information the two have been withholding before they are taken to meet the owner of the alien operation named Carla - Darla’s doppelganger. Carla reveals her plans of world domination via a mind control serum, that Darla knew about all along, injected into Little Debbie snack cakes. Then, Little Debbie is instructed to punish Darla and Marvin if they decide not to join them.
