Metal Gear Solid HD Collection Sneaking onto Playstation Vita

Game developers Konami have announced their plans to release the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection for Playstation Vita this summer. The collection includes HD versions of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. The collection will also include innovative new controls designed specifically for the Playstation Vita. Read on for more details!

From the series’ critically acclaimed director, Hideo Kojima, METAL GEAR SOLID HD Collection updates two of the most popular METAL GEAR SOLID titles in true high definition. The PlayStation®Vita collection boasts enhanced versions of the acclaimed METAL GEAR SOLID 2: Sons of Liberty and METAL GEAR SOLID 3: Snake Eater titles, and both games enjoy graphical make-overs, trophies and bespoke controls systems designed to make the most of the PlayStation®Vita’s touch-screen capabilities. Similarly, the games enjoy a rebalanced user interface and make use of Kojima Productions’ unique TRANSFARRING system for data sharing with PlayStation®3 units.
