Gobang Social Available Now from Kwalee

It's all about strategy in Kwalee's new turned-based game Gobang Social. The object of the game is simple--line up 5 bombs to win, but the concept is just as addicting as simple when you face off against other players and attempt to line your bombs up while blocking your opponent. To celebrate the release of Gobang Social, Kwalee blew up a brand new iPad which was running their game moments before its death. You can check out the video from the event below, and to make sure there are no hard feelings from destroying the iOS device, Kwalee will be giving away a new iPad in a new contest that you can read about below. You can also download the game for free in the App Store and read on for more details!

From the Official Press Release

David Darling, Kwalee CEO, enjoyed the whole event: "It was a great day out for our staff who had superb fun making the video. The explosion was really quite dramatic as it blew up the iPad, which was displaying the Gobang Social logo right up to the final second of its life". To compensate anyone who is upset at the destruction of this fine product of Apple's genius, Kwalee are giving away a New iPad to the lucky winner of a simple competition. All you have to do is download Gobang Social, and the person who wins games against the highest number of players, before the end of May, will win an iPad 3.
