Babel Rising 3D, developed by French studio Mando Productions, is now available on iPad, iPhone and iPod touch for $2.99. The game will be available on Android platforms starting June 15 and was specifically codeveloped by Ubisoft and Advanced Mobile Applications. AMA’s expertise on the Android OS has ensured the game to be fully optimized for the latest Android devices. Babel Rising 3D will also be available July 12 on PC. A Windows Phone 7 version will follow in July.
In Babel Rising 3D, Babylonians must be stopped from building the famous Tower of Babel. Playing as an almighty deity, players must unleash their wrath to stop the arrogant humans with divine powers calling upon the elements with actions such as summoning bolts of lightning, triggering massive earthquakes, meteor showers or vengeful floods upon the Babylonians – the perfect apocalyptic arsenal. These divine interventions will prove to be crucial in repelling the waves of miscreant builders, blaspheming priests or relentless urn carriers.
Through 15 missions, players must punish Babylonians in the single-player campaign and master the four elements: fire, air, earth and water, each with their specific powers. Controls are optimized for mobile and tablets, including multi-touch and motion-controlled gameplay.
