See What Awaits In The Guardians of Middle-Earth Trailer
A war is on the horizon in Middle-earth. Ten players will enter but only one team will rise victorious as the greatest heroes and most notorious villains across the realm battle for supremacy.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is today releasing the debut cinematic trailer for Guardians of Middle-earth, the Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) game, giving gamers a glimpse of the guardians who will clash in the epic showdown between good and evil.
Also, at the 2012 E3 show next week, high-profile professional MOBA gamer, Dan Dinh, and former G4 TV correspondent and current host of 4 Points on The Nerdist Channel, Alison Haislip, will be on hand to shout cast at the Guardians of Middle-earth tournament arena at the Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment booth. Both Dan and Alison will be live on the show floor announcing the sword slashing, magic blasting, MOBA action starting at 2 p.m. PDT on Tuesday and during all open show hours Wednesday and Thursday of E3.
Guardians of Middle-earth is a new multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) game developed by Monolith Productions, set to be released in fall 2012 exclusively for Xbox LIVE Arcade and PlayStation Network. The console-based MOBA offers more than 20 iconic guardians including Gandalf, Sauron, Gollum, Thrain and many more for players to control in PVP arena battles. Gamers will have the ability to connect with other players via an in-game voice communication system, as well as access to a comprehensive online stat and leader board system where they can track friends’ victories and defeats, and more.
