This crazy plastic surgeon will offer up plenty of new heads, facial features and an ability to completely alter your character's appearance for free during your first visit. Each visit after will cost you PAX, however. In addition, you can alter your character's looks by visiting the newly opened Ockham's Razor barbershop in London. This new establishment allowsyou to alter your character's hair, facial hair, makeup and more using the in-game currency system, which is perfect for those who like to change up their character's looks every once in a while.

The Facility and Hell Eternal have received the incredibly challenging Nightmare Mode treatment for the game's more experienced players to tackle. Mission Pack #2 has also been added for those simply looking for more objectives to tackle in the game.
