The Kid Brings His Trusted Hammer to a New Platform; Bastion Now on iOS

Developer Supergiant Games has released a new edition of their award winning downloadable title Bastion for iOS today. The new game will boast a low price of $6.49 and will feature both intuitive touch screen controls and a more traditional gameplay experience, retuned weapons and equipment, the Stranger's Dream sequence and other minor tweaks that make the game an overall better playthrough. "Bastion for iPad offers the complete game experience found in previous versions of the game, including all the narration, music, artwork, and gameplay," the developer says. "While there are many subtle changes and enhancements, the main difference between this and previous versions is in how you play the game. Also, due to the nature of the iPad’s screen, Bastion for iPad is presented in a 4:3 aspect ratio (other versions are in 16:9)."

Bastion is now available for iOS and can be purchased for $6.49. Bastion is rated E by the ESRB for Animated Blood, Fantasy Violence & Use of Alcohol and Tobacco. For more information on the game, check out the official Bastion website.
