Three Interesting New Indie Titles Coming to PC, Mac and Mobile

The upcoming PC and Mac title Guns of Icarus is now giving away closed beta keys to fans interested in trying out the upcoming game. To get your key, all you have to do is check out the official Guns of Icarus Facebook page to learn how to gain access to your beta key. The upcoming release is a mix of various game genres that allow you to participate in epic, team-based dogfights high in the skies of a post-apocalyptic world with plenty of steam punk inspired designs to create a unique style of game unlike any other. Featuring a huge single player campaign and a deep and engaging multiplayer experience, Guns of Icarus will be one of the best releases for PC and Mac this year. Developer Blue Giant Interactive will be bringing their title Tryst to PC and Mac very soon. The game is a RTS set in the futuristic world of 2900 AD where a settlement of humans are fighting an ongoing war against an invading sentient alien force known as the Zali for control of a newly discovered planet full of a rare element known as Lohum. The upcoming game can be played in matches for up to 8 players in online multiplayer matches across multiple maps full of dangerous environmental hazards with a variety of characters that come with their own unique abilities and skills. One other unique Indie title that has caught our attention recently was developer Yellow Monkey Studios Huebrix. This new puzzle game challenges you to drag the colors on any given stage a specified numbers of spaces until the whole area has been filled. The game not only tests your visual senses, but you must determine which colors will have to occupy the spaces of the stage thus testing your spatial and logical senses as well. The game features over 300 levels of varying difficulties and a level editor that will allow you create custom puzzles to share with friends giving the game a nearly infinite replay value. Huebrix is scheduled to release on iOS and Android on August 15, 2012 and can be purchased for $2.99. For more information on the game, check out the official Huebrix website.
