Behaviour Interactive Celebrates 20 Years as a Leading Independent Game Developer

Behaviour Interactive, an independent world leader in the video game industry, celebrates its 20th anniversary. Through the years, the studio has developed over 140 titles across all major platforms, from games based on leading brands for the whole family, like Tetris and Brave, to original IPs like Assault Heroes, WET and Naughty Bear for a core gaming audience.

With today’s anniversary, the company emphasizes its focus on leading the independent gaming scene in Montreal throughthe development of games on mobile, online and on social networks, while continuing to offer exciting experiences on game consoles.

"For the past twenty years we've successfully translated brands into interactive experiences, and we want to continue promoting brand engagement through connected experiences," says Rémi Racine, Behaviour's President and Executive Producer. "With the rise of social games and the ever-growing popularity of social media and mobile platforms, games are becoming much more interactive and connected. It’s really exciting to be a part of this evolutionary change."

Behaviour is a true Montreal-based success story, and one of the pioneers of the city’s vibrant game industry. The company employs nearly 300 talented people in Montreal, Canada and Santiago, Chile and maintains an impressive stable of games that includes Monkey Quest, Halo Waypoint, Club Penguin Puffle Launch, Temple Run Brave, Rango, Wipeout and Doritos Crash Course, to name a few.
