Jump Into the Adventure of Lord of the Rings: Riders of Rohan

Warner Bros. and Turbine have released the fourth expansion for Lord of the Rings Online, and it's now available  on the official LOTRO website.

Rider of Rohan features the largest landscapes featured in LOTRO to date, filled with hundreds of quests, thousands of pieces of new armor, and plenty of new achievements to rack up. Accomplish new deeds and fight for the honor of King Theoden!

Quite possibly the biggest addition with Riders of Rohan is Mounted Combat. You're now able to ride into combat atop your loyal war horse using strategic maneuvers and clever tactics to defend the people of Rohan from Isengard and Mordor's forces.

With the release of Riders of Rohan the level cap has now been increased to level 85 allowing you to experience the next chapter of the epic Lord of the Rings saga, it falls upon you to defend Rohan and distract the enemy as the fellowship journeys to their final destination, Mt. Doom. Along the way, you'll form alliances with the ancient Ents of Fangorn, witness the breaking of the fellowship at Amon Hen, and aid Eomer as he attempts to protect his homeland from the tide of evil that threatens to consume his homeland!
