Pardon Me, but You're Getting Your Far Cry 3 in My Minecraft

Developer Mojang and developer and publisher Ubisoft have announced a new partnership that will bring an all new Far Cry 3 map and texture pack to the massive world of Minecraft. The ever expanding world will receive the free update on October 26, 2012 on PC, and it will change everything from the look of the environments, weapons and tools to new characters based on Vaas, Jason and Citra. The new content will also come packed with an impressive list of over 50 easter eggs that can be found scattered around the islands in the game. Of course, you can still preorder Far Cry 3 today in anticipation of its release in December, and later this month, you will be able to pick up the new Minecraft content on the official Far Cry 3 website.

Far Cry 3 is now available for preorder from most major retailers for the MSRP of $59.99 and will release for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC on December 4, 2012. Far Cry 3 is not yet rated. For more information on the game, check out the official Far Cry 3 website.
