Epic Games confirmed today that, Square-Enix is the first publisher to go public about licensing of UE4. This comes as a surprise to some considering the impressive tech demo SE showed off at E3 of their in house next gen graphics engine. Regardless, this will give SE access to UE4 for the next few years as we gear up for the next generation of consoles. Epic Games' Fortnite is still on pace to be the first commercially released game powered by UE4.

A Weekend That Delivered for Fans This year’s event marked the 11th edition of the expo, and it leaned fully into its reputation as a destination convention. With a diverse crowd and programming that spanned all corners of fandom, the show floor stayed busy from opening Friday afternoon through Sunday’s final hours.
