Mobile developer and publisher PlayFirst Inc. has announced two new members have been added to the company's management team. The company has hired on former Papaya Mobile development relations manger, Paul Chen, to become the new Vice President of Business Development, and PlayFirst has also promoted internal member Emma Kumakura to Vice President of Production.
