Celebrate the Holidays With The Settlers Online: Castle Empire
Ubisoft has announced a special event is coming to their online social title The Settlers Online: Castle Empire just in time for the holidays. New events will be coming soon to the game that will allow players to take on special Xmas missions to earn Xmas gifts that can traded for unique in-game items. In addition, players can decorate their town for the holidays with plenty of special decorations and new buildings that is sure to put the whole town in the Xmas spirit. An all new Xmas island will be unlocked for the holidays where even more challenges will await settlers. The new content will come packed with festive items such as snowmen, Christmas trees and even Santa himself! Another special event is also coming to the game starting December 10th, as players try to prevent an apocalyptic world that the Mayan calendar has predicted will occur on December 21, 2012. The game's shops will be packed with new items to survive the disaster, and new quests will be on the way as well.
