Treyarch and Activision Planning a Revolution for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 DLC

Developer Treyarch and publisher Activision have announced their plans for the first content drop for the best-selling game of 2012, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. The Revolution pack will come packed with five multiplayer maps including an all new Zombies mode map, and for the first time ever, a brand new multiplayer gun and the ability to play as zombies will be included in the new DLC. The new competitive multiplayer maps include a variety of locales such as the slippery slopes of the ski lodge in Downhill, the flooded out Pakistan dam system in Hydro, the sandy Gobi deserts in Mirage and the skateparks of Venice Beach in Grind. In addition, the all new Peacekeeper sub-machine gun will be unlocked with new challenges and earnable experience points for the new firearm. Finally, players can become the infected for the first time ever in the all new Turned mode for the new map Die Rise. Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is now available from all major retailers and can be purchased for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC.
