2013 Wizard World Attendees will Receive The Walking Dead Issue #1 Variant Cover

Skybound Comics and Wizard World Entertainment will be teaming up this year to bring fans of The Walking Dead a nice incentive to visit the event at various locations and date nationwide. Attendees at Wizard World events in 2013 can receive very limited edition variant covers for the first issue of The Walking Dead comic book with different covers from different creators of the series featured at each event. First up for the promotion will be Wizard World Portland on the weekend of February 22-24 where full-price attendees can pick up a special issue from comic book writer/artist Michael Golden. In addition, The Walking Dead fans will be happy to learn stars Norman Reedus and Michael Rooker will be in attendance at Wizard World Portland as well as Golden, who will be ready to sign copies of the special cover of the comic. Fans will also see special guests such as Stan Lee, Evil Dead star Bruce Campbell, WWE Superstar The Miz and many more. This won't be an event to miss, so read on for more details!
