Bungie Announces Destiny Coming to Recently Revealed PlayStation 4
Sony unveiled plans to bring the world its next major console this holiday season with the PlayStation 4, and at the huge event, Bungie co-founder Jason Jones had a major announcement of his own to reveal. Bungie's upcoming title Destiny will be among some of the first games to release for the new Sony system and will truly show off the power of the new platform with a constantly growing and evolving world that could be classified as a first-person shooter meets massively online multiplayer genre. Bungie has promised to turn the first-person shoooter genre on its head with the release of Destiny after changing the way we play FPS games in 2001 with Halo: Combat Evolved on the original Xbox. Harold Ryan, President of Bungie further added, "Destiny is being developed for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, with both versions available at Destiny's launch. Destiny will also feature exclusive in-game content, only available on PlayStation."
