Activision Announces Uprising DLC for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2
Developer Treyarch and publisher Activision have announced the impeding release of the second map pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. Uprising will be the biggest and most unique map pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 yet featuring four new multiplayer maps and a brand new Zombies mode map called Mob of the Dead. Magma will take players to a city recently devastated by an erupted volcano, while Encore allows players to battle it out onstage at a rock concert in London, and Vertigo takes place on towering skyscrapers, and finally, Studio, a reimagining of Firing Range from the original Black Ops with Hollywood movie set inspirations. Mob of the Dead will also be a brand new map for Zombies mode set in the prison confines of Alcatrez and featuring celebrity zombie hunters Ray Liotta, Chazz Palminteri, Joe Pantoliano, and Michael Madsen. This content arrives first on Xbox LIVE beginning on April 16, 2013 and can be purchased for 1200 Microsoft Points or for free with the Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Season Pass.
