The release of developer and publisher Capcom's Lost Planet 3 is quickly approaching in just a few months, and the team behind the game has now revealed the first look and details on the upcoming game's multiplayer modes. Lost Planet 3 will take players to the frozen wastelands of planet E.D.N. III in a prequel that will show the origins of the first battles between humans and the deadly Akrid. The multiplayer of Lost Planet 3 will include four different game modes spread across six unique maps. Players will control either NEVEC forces or Snow Pirates in the two game modes Scenario, where two teams fight while completing various offensive and defensive challenges, and Akrid Survival, where two teams of three will battle waves of Akrid foes with the survivors competing in an exciting player versus player elimination round to determine a winner. This will only be two of the game modes included in the final product and you can get a preview of both in the new trailer for Lost Planet 3 below. Check it out!
