Nintendo's Global President Satoru Iwata has announced a new partnership with SEGA that will see the company's Wii U and 3DS receive three exclusive new titles in the coming years. The first title announced will be coming to Nintendo Wii U and Nintendo 3DS called Sonic Lost World. Few details were given on the upcoming action platformer, but Nintendo promised a larger reveal at E3 next month. The second game titled Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games will be coming to Wii U and promises to utilize both the console's gamepad and Wii Remote Plus controller to create some unique events inspired by the upcoming Winter Olympics without the restrictions of real life physics. The third Sonic title has yet to be announced, but Nintendo also dropped some other major news at the press conference including the arrival of classic Game Gear games on Nintendo 3DS eShop, the newly playable characters Alph, Brittany and Charlie in the upcoming Wii U release Pikmin 3, upcoming DLC for New Super Mario Bros.
