The real-time strategy title Crusader Kings II: The Old Gods from developer Paradox Interactive has received the much awaited fourth expansion featuring Vikings as playable characters for the first time ever. Players can now choose to be Pagan or Zoroastrian rulers and set off to pillage the land and grow some epic beards. The historically accurate game will place players in the year 867 A.D., and new options are available such as pillaging weak neighbors to keep your people satisfied, making sacrifices to the Viking god Odin, converting enemies to the religions of Christians and Muslims, encountering new curses, omens, divinations and more.
