True Blood Season 6 to Kick Off with Social Media Event on June 16

Season 6 of the highly popular HBO drama series True Blood will debut on June 16, 2013 at 9 PM EST/PST, but before the premiere of the television show, fans will have a chance to interact with the cast of the show on Twitter with the #TrueBlood: Live from Set social media event. 13 cast members will be on hand for the two part event that will kick off on June 16, 2013 at 9 AM EST where HBO will begin the festivities by revealing secrets from the set across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Vine. Then at 8:45 PM EST/PST #TrueBlood: Live from Set will debut hosted by comedian and Parks and Recreation star Retta.

#TrueBlood: Live from Set will allow fans to interact with the cast of their favorite television show like never before. 13 cast members will be on hand to answer questions from the social media universe while sharing their thoughts on the upcoming season. Cast members at the event will include Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer, Alexander Skarsgård, Ryan Kwanten, Rutina Wesley, Sam Trammell, Nelsan Ellis, Deborah Ann Woll, Carrie Preston, Todd Lowe, Chris Bauer, Kristin Bauer van Straten and Joe Manganiello. Michael McMillian will also be hosting a special event that will give fans even more behind the scenes information on True Blood Season 6. Fans are also encouraged to show support for their favorite show by proving they are a #TopTrubie. Read on for more details on the event.
