Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon Gets New Patch for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC

Ubisoft has released a new patch for Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon that is now available for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. The new patch will allow players to conquer every single garrison and then reset them to do it all again. Sounds entertainingly tedious.

From the Press Release
Ubisoft announced the release of a new patch for Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon, introducing a garrison Reset option. The patch is now live for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system and Windows PC.

Once players have conquered every garrison in their first run, they can reset them, and face the challenge all over again. Based on the success of FC3’s Outpost reset patch, this similar patch will give players another reason to revisit the year 2007 and re-take the garrisons once more.

Developed by Ubisoft Montreal, Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon is the game where you kill the baddies, get the girl and save the world, in a VHS-era vision of the future. As Sergeant Rex Colt, you are part man, part machine all American, a state-of-the art Mark IV cyber-commando on a mission… of vengeance. He is out to bring down his old commanding officer and his battalion of ruthless killer cyborgs, and he’ll stop at nothing to get the job done. Hollywood action icon Michael Biehn (The Terminator, Aliens, and The Abyss) returns in this explosive 80’s style sci-fi Tropocalypse. Turn off your VCR, plug in your video game , and get ready to experience all of the thrills of Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon, released as a stand-alone digital title.
