New Details Revealed for Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag With Video From San Diego Comic-Con
Many fans can't wait to get their hands on Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag when it releases on October 29th for consoles and PC. If you didn't attend this year's San Diego Comic Con then you missed the announcement of the graphic novel Assassin's Creed: Brahman, sneak peak at the new Assassin figures from McFarlane Toys and a special walkthrough of Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag with the lead actor for Edward Kenway.

If you weren’t at San Diego Comic-Con this year to see the Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag panel, the full video is available here, featuring the announcement of the new graphic novel Assassin’s Creed: Brahman, a sneak peek at a stunning new statue of our new Assassin from McFarlane Toys and a walkthrough of the game commented by Matt Ryan, the lead actor for Edward Kenway.
The panel features Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag lead writer Darby McDevitt, comic book writer Brenden Fletcher, Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag lead actor Matt Ryan and legendary comic book artist Todd McFarlane and is moderated by The Escapist’s Andrea Rene.
Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag tells the story of Edward Kenway, who falls from privateering for the Royal Navy into piracy as the war between the major Empires comes to an end. Edward is a fierce pirate and seasoned fighter who soon finds himself embroiled in the ancient war between Assassins and Templars. Set at the dawn of the 18th Century, the game features some of the most infamous pirates in history, such as Blackbeard and Charles Vane, and takes players on a journey throughout the West Indies during a turbulent and violent period of time later to become known as the Golden Age of Pirates.
Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag will be released on the PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system, PlayStation 4 from Sony Computer Entertainment Inc., Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, Nintendo’s Wii U system, Windows PC and other next generation consoles.
