New Website Aims to Change the Mechwarrior Online Community

Mechwarrior Online has had one of the largest online communities around, but recent changes to the game have left some fans feeling a bit betrayed. One of the biggest and most notorious new updates for the game added in a third-person camera view that the team behind the game had previously stated would never be implemented into the title, and many fans have voiced their displeasure in this change. Other issues have arose from this issue including several fans demanding refunds of prior content purchases on the game following the new update.

Fans now have a place to gather and voice their opinions on the topic with the UniteAndDrop campaign. The team is looking to gather scorned members of the Mechwarrior Online community to let the developers and publishers know how they feel about the recent changes to their favorite game. UniteAndDrop's Mission Statement has clearly communicated that the team isn't looking to change any policies or features in the actual game, but they are looking to change how the team behind the game communicates with their fan base in the future.
