The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones Mobile Game Releasing August 15th

PlayFirst and Sony Pictures Consumer Products has announced the official release date for The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones mobile game. Fans will be able to pick it up the game for iOS and Android devices on August 15th before the film's release on August 21st.

PlayFirst and Sony Pictures Consumer Products have teamed up to release the official mobile game for The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones movie, coming soon for iOS and Android. The action role-playing game will be available for free on the App Store and Google Play on August 15, a week before the release of the film, in theaters August 21.

Players will take on the role of a Shadowhunter, a half-angel, half–human warrior, and defeat vampires, warlocks and other demons to save New York City from their malevolent clutches. Featuring locations, characters and magical abilities from the film, The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones mobile game is the perfect way for fans to get excited about the upcoming movie release while introducing new fans through the game.
