Thief Sends Out a Release Date from the Shadows

Publisher Square Enix and developer Eidos Montreal have revealed new details for their upcoming release, Thief. The game will be featured at the upcoming Gamescom event in Germany later this month, and a new trailer for the game has been released showing off some impressive cinematics for this next generation title.

Thief allows players to step into the shoes of a master thief named Garrett who is caught between two feuding sides led by the powerful Baron Northcrest and the leader of the people known as Orion. The classic setting sets the stage for a revolutionary new tale for this classic franchise. Thief is easily one of the most anticipated next generation video games, so see why in the new trailer below!

Thief is now available for preorder from most major retailers for the MSRP of $59.99 and is scheduled to release for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC on February 25, 2014. Thief is not yet rated. For more information on the game, check out the official Thief website.
