Amuzo Games Announces Rebranding Of Website and New Partnership With BT Sport

Amuzo Games has announced they have completed the re-branding of their new website, as well as, the announcement of a partnership with BT Sport. Amuzo Games has several new surprises in store for fans and this is just the beginning. The company was recently declared the winner of the IC Tomorrow Digital Innovation Sport category, and we expect even more great things out of Amuzo to come. Read on.

From the Press Release
Today, the multi award winning team at Amuzo Games are celebrating the completion of their rebranding with a new website and the announcement of an exciting partnership with BT Sport.

Built on a foundation of over 500 million play sessions, dozens of awards and a chart topping reputation on iOS in 117 countries, Amuzo Games is officially the new name for the UK publishing and development studio previously known as 4T2 Multimedia.

From the Esperanto word for ‘amusement’ or ‘fun’, Amuzo will continue to work on titles with some of the world’s most high-profile brands including LEGO and BT Sport, from its studio in Bournemouth, UK. The company is now also heavily investing in and focusing on its own IP.

“The 4T2 brand has served us very well over the years, and we are incredibly proud of all our success so far” said Amuzo’s Managing Director John White. “But the idea of ‘multimedia’ is now a bit dated. When we launched the Amuzo brand 9 months ago, it was as a consumer brand for publishing LEGO® games. Since then, it’s proved so popular with audiences that we’ve taken the decision to rebrand the entire business. Our new positioning reflects that fact that we are increasingly focused on mobile platforms and acting as a games publisher as well as a developer.”

With the paint still wet on the rebranded studio door, Amuzo has already flexed its creative muscles. Last week it was declared the winner of the IC Tomorrow Digital Innovation Sport category. Amuzo’s Business Development Director, Mike Hawkyard, comments: “We’re very excited to be working with BT Sport to create a commercial prototype of On The Line, our second-screen prediction game. We believe we have a powerful concept that will drive in-play viewer engagement and encourage people to play with friends whilst watching live sport”.

Secret plans are also growing as the studio has begun developing its own IP. Codenamed Greener Grass, the Amuzo team are creating a brand new game with some iconic, distinctly British surprises to uncover…
