Powerocks Magicstick works by charging up its internal energy source and then transferring its power to other devices. The Magicstick reaches a full charge of its 2800 mAh capacity in roughly 4 to 5 hours and can power up a full charge to other devices in around an hour. In our testing, it took a little over an hour to get a full charge on iOS devices but closer to half an hour to fully charge a cell phone.
