Apple announced the brand new 9.7" iPad Air today. The new device is just 7.5mm thick and weighs only a pound to make it the lightest tablet on the market. Built into the device is a 64-bit A7 processor and an M7 motion co-processor that makes the tablet superior to similar devices on the market with 8x faster performance, a 72x increase in graphics performance and features 2x better CPU performance. iPad Air also promises twice as fast Wi-Fi connections with two antennas inside the device, and it will be available with a variety of different covers, accessories and apps to fully customize the tablet to its user.
